Adults
Our Adult Krav Maga program is designed for everyday people who want to build confidence, improve fitness, and learn practical self-defense in a supportive environment. Classes include striking, pad work, self-defense drills, situational training, and conditioning designed to develop real-world skills that are effective under stress.
Whether you are new to martial arts or experienced, our fast-paced and challenging classes help students improve fitness, awareness, and confidence while training alongside a welcoming community.
Adult memberships include unlimited access to all Krav Maga classes and our Cardio Combat program.
Youth & Teens
Our Youth (ages 8–10) and Teen (ages 11–16) Krav Maga programs help students build confidence, discipline, respect, self-control, and real-world self-defense skills in a safe and supportive environment. Classes are designed to improve focus, awareness, fitness, and social development while teaching children how to handle challenging situations both at school and in everyday life. Students learn proper striking techniques, defenses against grabs and assaults, situational awareness, and how to make smart decisions under pressure.
At SB Krav Maga, our goal is to empower young students with the confidence, mindset, and skills to stay safe while also teaching the responsibility and self-control that come with martial arts training.


Little Warriors
Our Little Warriors program (ages 4–6) is designed to help young children build confidence, discipline, respect, and positive life skills in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Through age-appropriate martial arts and self-defense training, students develop important values such as courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, and teamwork. Classes focus on anti-bullying, situational awareness, coordination, and basic self-defense skills while teaching children how to strike safely and effectively. Our goal is to help kids build confidence, improve focus, and learn how to respond appropriately to challenging situations.
Little Warriors classes are energetic, engaging, and designed to give children a positive outlet where they can learn, grow, and have fun with their peers.
Additional Programs

Combat Cardio
Our Strength & Conditioning program is a fast-paced, full-body workout designed to build strength, stamina, and endurance while improving overall fitness.
Each 30-minute class combines kickboxing, heavy bag work, HIIT, circuit training, and striking drills to keep workouts effective and never repetitive. Students also improve punching, kicking, and overall coordination while burning calories and reducing stress.

Women's Self Defense
Our Women’s Self-Defense Workshops are designed to build confidence, fitness, and real-world protection skills in a supportive environment. Held every two months, each workshop covers basic striking, effective self-defense techniques, and scenario-based training for common threats such as grabs, chokes, and assaults. Students practice in a safe, controlled setting to build confidence and situational awareness.
No experience is required. All levels are welcome. Ages 12 and up (minors must be accompanied by a parent).
